Encrypted in transit
TLS 1.3 on every connection. The database, the documents and the application keys sit on the company's own server — not in a pool shared with anyone else.
Your own installation
Each contracting company gets its own installation of Syncware-Build: its own database, its own web address, its own backups. Records are not separated by a filter — they are simply not stored beside another company's at all.
Nightly automated backups
The database and the documents are dumped every night to a directory outside the web root, and each dump is checked to be non-empty before it is kept. Off-site copies are the next step — stated as a plan, not sold as a feature.
Full audit trail
Every financial and contractual action is written to the trail with the user, the time and the record it touched. Nothing in the interface edits or removes an entry, and any role you grant can read it.
Role-based access
Permissions are enforced per module and per action, against roles you control. Sign-in is email and password today; two-factor authentication is on our roadmap and will be named here when it ships.
FIDIC & JBCC awareness
The delay and notice work is built around FIDIC 20.1 and JBCC 26.1 time bars — so a notice is raised while it still counts.
