One price per module. No packages.

US dollars, and that is what the invoice says — so the price you agree is the price you pay. We also show a South African rand figure beside each price, at the rate printed on this page, because we now work with clients in South Africa too. Treat the rand as an indication, not a quote: it moves, the dollar does not. Syncware is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged, and every invoice says so on its face.

Because a South African buyer should not have to open a converter to read a price, and a dollar licence should not quietly become a different number when the rand moves. The rate we used is R16.52 to the US dollar, set on 9 October 2026 — both printed on this page so you can check them.

No. You buy the modules you want, one at a time, and add the next when you need it. Four modules — Daily Logs, Documents, Drawings & RFIs and Safety — come with every copy at no charge, for one active site and three users. Buying any module lifts that site limit.

Neither. A module is priced per company, so you pay the same whether you are running one job or four, and whether two people use it or twenty. That is deliberate: charging per person makes a team hide its people, and charging per site penalises a contractor for winning work.

Ten months, paid up front, covering twelve — the same monthly price you see above, less two months. It is the same list price either way, not a different deal.

Implementation is a separate paid service: a 30-day rollout covering data import, your cost codes and roles, opening balances and staff training. Ask us for a quote — it is the highest-value part of a rollout and we would rather do it properly than include it invisibly.

Assistant runs are metered separately as credits, one per run, and are off unless you agree them with us. AI is never bundled into a module price, because every run costs us money to serve.

At your end. Each company runs its own installation of Syncware-Build — its own database, its own address — and documents are filed into your own Google Drive, connected once in Preferences. The software refuses to fall back to our disk, so we never quietly hold your drawings.
